Motsu-nabe is a hot pot dish in Japan that is usually made with beef, pork and offal. Offal, for those not familiar with the term, refers to internal organs. Though Offal is not as popular in the west as it is in east, it reportedly has good health benefits and Motsu-Nabe is considered a healthy food to have and is also good for beauty.
